Purchase a quarter of one of our farm-raised beef animals on the hook, then arrange cutting and packing with your preferred Cambridge butcher.

📦 Typically around 90-100kg of take-home beef once butchered, depending on your chosen cuts, bone-in/boneless options and trimming.

Sold by actual on-hook weight. Butchering, cutting and packing are not included in the price and are arranged separately by the customer. $18/kg

$500 deposit and the rest on harvest day.
