Looking to stock your freezer with quality beef without purchasing an entire animal?

Our Quarter Beast is a fantastic option for couples, families and households wanting a generous selection of farm-raised beef, including premium steaks, roasts, mince, sausages and slow-cooking cuts.

Our cattle are raised on grass right here on our family farm in Raglan, Waikato, with care taken from paddock to processing.

OPTION 1 – ON THE HOOK | $16/kg Carcass Weight

Includes:

• Your allocated quarter of grass-raised beef

• Harvesting and processing to carcass stage

• Transport to our butcher

Butchery, cutting, packing and shipping are not included. These costs are arranged and paid for separately.

OPTION 2 – FULL SERVICE | $20/kg Carcass Weight + Shipping

Let us take care of the processing!

Includes:

• Your allocated quarter of grass-raised beef

• Harvesting and processing

• Professional butchery and cutting

• Vacuum packing, ready for your freezer

• Cut preferences where practical, subject to quarter-beast cutting requirements

Shipping is additional and quoted according to your location.

Estimated Pricing

A quarter beast typically represents approximately 80–88kg carcass weight.

• On the Hook: approximately $1,280–$1,408

• Full Service: approximately $1,600–$1,760, plus shipping

Final pricing is based on the actual carcass weight.

Reserve Your Quarter – $500 Deposit

Secure your quarter beast with a $500 deposit payable at checkout.

Once the animal has been harvested and weighed, we'll confirm your allocated carcass weight and invoice the remaining balance, less your deposit.

How Ordering Works

1. Reserve your quarter with a $500 deposit.

2. Select On the Hook or Full Service.

3. We'll confirm the next available harvest.

4. Your final price is calculated using the actual carcass weight.

5. Arrange butchery separately, or have us organise your full-service order and shipping.

Important Information

• Carcass weight is not the same as take-home packaged meat weight.

• Actual weights vary between animals.

• Quarter-beast cut selections may need to match another quarter from the same animal.

• Full-service orders include butchery and vacuum packing but exclude shipping.

• On-the-hook orders exclude butchery, packing and shipping.
